Main hinge points are equipped with self-lubricating bearing,,have the advantages of high transmission efficiency,long life ,the use of the process without lubrication.
Non-asbestos brake pad and brake pad are installed with plug-in card style,safe and reliable,is easy and quick to change.
During the use proceoss interlocking device always keeps the brake shoes on both sides equalize the clearance to avoid the phenomenon of brake lining on one side sticking to brake wheel due to the uneven retire torque.
The YWZ13,YWZ5(YWZ9),YW series brake spring brake spring is arranged in the spring tube,a braking torqoue gange is set on one side,brake torque is directly displayed,is intuitive and easy to be adjusted.
The installing form of YWZ4b,JZ series brake shoes is iveted,if need plug-in,please specify when ordering.
Through the addition of devices to achieve the following additional features;
Manual release device (YWZ13,YWZ5(YWZ9),YW).
Released or closed limit switch.
Matching Ed pusher as the brake of the drive device,the pusher can be equipped with delay valve to realize the brake delay released or closed.
YWZ13,YQZ5(YWZ9),YW can be installed with brake pad wear automatic compensation device to realize a stepless automatic compensation of braking torque when the brake pad wearing.
